In her leadership roles, Michelle has made it a priority to help young girls succeed. Michelle is a Florida native and graduate of Florida Atlantic University. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Central Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce, Board of Trustees of The Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches and Board of Directors for The Homeless Coalition of Palm Beach County. Michelle is past President of The Forum Club of the Palm Beaches, past president of SunFest, and a founding member of West Palm 100. Prior to joining Baptist Health South Florida in 2019, Michelle served as a United States Senate State Director and was an 18-year employee in the office of U.S. Michelle Oyola McGovern serves as Director of Government and Community Relations for Baptist Health South Florida, South Florida’s largest nonprofit healthcare system.
